Nostalgia

Was stalking my old abandoned account (because of KD ratio) and oh boy i just remembered how Infrastructure were a lot more important back then as if they were required to build tanks, and even need to be level 3 so we can build a Rail Road gun, man COW had changed a lot ever since 1.5 update
