Because of abusive problems with so-called "wolf-packing," by which friends of an existing player join a game already in progress for a substantial time, and then fight to help the existing player win. It also incentivizes multi-account cheating, such as an existing player creating a new account to join a game already in progress in order to gain an unfair advantage and help him win.buzz5 wrote:
