Operations/Reward attainable Achievements

I think it would be awesome for the game if we could have consistent operations available for us to work on . And give us more/updated Achievements that also give rewards once attained! I know for at very least being a player that's in pretty much everyday I would love to see this happen. Any and all thoughts are welcome. Thanks everyone!
