No newly registered forum accounts from after the start of the poll and voting against Claudio NKVD are counted.
Accounts of people (Lizards are excluded from voting ofc) who have admitted to taffudging are also disqualified.
Such accounts are disqualified as taffudged accounts of the Forum Deep State.

When applying the same method in a wider context to your unsollicted statement: you declared yourself guilty.
