Our accounts were banned

I played Call of war on account ,,USofEurope'' and my brother on account "suchdol sandwich" and once we switched our home PCs it said: "account locked" due to multi account usage. We did not attempt multi account usage, we only wanted to switch the PCs.

How can we recover out accounts?
