People At Work

Look at these changes! The first image is Day 1 and the second is Day 35. People are invading like mad The problem is that there are only 3 active players left and the others are all inactive. One of the player happen to be in my coalition so I cannot attack him and the other barely checks this game because he has 2 others going on. It seems that it turned into a single player game. Is there a way so that we can encourage being active?
