Cocky, but you have no idea who I am or how much skill I bring to the table...Redd Baron wrote:
This strategy denotes a mid-range level of skill. Get back to me when you actually master the game and can get a win for all your allies instead of using them and spitting them out.
Mid-range? Sure, why not. If you think that, be my guest and do better. You say it would go better for me to split my victories with my allies. Who said I haven't? I may use others as pawns, but they aren't necessarily my allies. And I would ask you this: "Why should I share my victory with others that barely contribute to the win?"
A true warlord has no equal. And in most matches, I find none. I chose to call myself "Diabolical" for a reason...and it has nothing to do with good vs. evil as many would imagine. It is symbolic for my prowess in strategy and problem solving.
I'm not sure, but I wonder if I've faced you before. If I have, it was long ago when I was relatively new and learning the mechanics of the game and unsure as to the best course of play. In fact, I'm pretty sure I did face you once...and in that match, if memory serves, you refused to be my ally because of a commitment you made to another from outside the match. That would be fine for you, I guess, but not for me.
If you are who I think you are, you actually beat me when my other enemy took advantage of your loyalty. Your fake diplomacy lulled me into a bad position. For that, I would congratulate you for your deception. I assure you, I've never been fooled, since. So, for that, I should probably thank you. Treachery is a great teacher.
But I'm no longer a new or fairly-new player. Now, I am a master and were we to face each other again, the end results would be different. As it is, I'm having difficulty with trying to manage terrible allies in the tournament. Presently, I've fought off and then turned the tables against four different nations, all while my allies have gone off in other directions and when all four enemy nations were allied against me and tried to coordinate a broad-axe strike to find a penetrable weak spot.
That being said, I'm not delusional enough to think that I can win the match within the 30 day deadline. I would need at least a couple more weeks to pull off what would become an insurmountably victorious path. As it is, with just nine days left, I've taken too many damages to completely destroy my enemies in this short time, left.
However, I am working a strategy that yet may get me in the top three just in the nick of time. You see, I don't give up. And that's probably one of my greatest strengths in this game. Maybe you and I will face off in the next match...assuming you don't quit the tournament before August.
In the meantime, if you are so gifted and so superior, why not take a little time to jot down what you would do differently than I have described so that my "mid-range" strategy can be improved to "upper-level"? Perhaps you have a better strategy, so spill the beans, if you can.
I await your magnificent strategies.
It seemed like such a waste to destroy an entire battle station just to eliminate one man. But Charlie knew that it was the only way to ensure the absolute and total destruction of Quasi-duck, once and for all.
