Problem with achievements

Hello, I recently received most of the scenario wins achivements but I didn't played in some of the scenarios and it was all at the same moment. I'm concerned because I don't know if it's a bug or I've been hacked or something like that. I collected the rewards, more than 50k of gold so I would like to receive some response to my trouble, because I don't want to be banned.
