That is one thing I miss about the legacy client. When a unit was being bombarded, it would tell you that.
Rail Gun Battles
I noticed a few things in a railgun battle I had with an inactive. The inactive had a stationary stack of 1 railgun 3 sp rockets and an at, and aa in a city center, I engaged with a stack of 6 rail guns, due to the distance it didn't do a reveal, however with a recon the stack and its health was revealed, when the recon pulled out the icon with the spy came up, I keep having to scout to see the damage but when pulled out the health state keep reverting to full health, why doesn't the health status update with a new scout? In addition I noticed the health of my railguns was going down with no obvious enemy. When engaged at distance by an enemy railgun is there no indication of attack other than declining health?

The real issue here is that "stale" intel stays on the map even after you've seen the unit in a different place and with a different status.
There should be an option to remove/hide stale intel. Or just do it automatically.
Stale intel is disinformation. I don't want it.
It should update to the most current that a scout or passing troops has revealed.
Even if you have partial intel, there's the "time to next shot" timer running when you mouse-over it on PC client, or select it on mobile.
I think this may be exclusive to rail guns,
In this case the unit hadn't been seen yet and is out of visual range but within attack range the only indication I had was declining health of my units, my rail gun was attacking a different stack that also had a railgun. this was the stack that didn't update its health and would revert back to the initial health status once the scout moved out of range , there was also a unit that had a railgun and the map showed units but not unit type and it did have the attack icon and units it was attacking.
