Railroad Gun Suez Strategy
By positioning two stacks of 10 RRG + 10 AA on either side of the Suez Canal, one can effectively halt all passage through said Canal.
The same strategy can work for all canals.

Why would you want to commit that much to close a canal? By that point in the game if you have 10 RR guns, you have much bigger things to focus on.
