Rare material is useless

Rare material’s name is rare but always it is which you have more than other resources and it is always cheap at market , noone wants to do trade with you especially you have many provinces which are producing rare material Im playing at speed map , it is very hard to spend all rare Oil and Iron are zero and everyone wants them
