Nationalist China is OP in the mid to late game because of all the resource production. Find someone who will join as Japan and you as Nat. China, or try to ally with Japan, and that's a recipe for a fun game.
but it is at the mercy of japan in early game, but yeah you can ally with japan.purplepizza117 wrote:

I reported you for talking like that to me Tom.
Tibet. I've had more luck with Tibet than every other Pan-Asian country, combined.
I like south china
I like siam, if you take Burma and Indochina in early game you can become powerful
he is asking about all countries all in.godofthegame2 wrote:

Additionally, if you don't want to play Tibet, Siam is definitely fun, if nothing else. The resource crunch early on is brutal though.
I would call it "fun'.JesterTheSheep wrote:

funnest nations:
Hungary challenging, good roleplay, recrearing austro hungary
Greece inresting, not too hard
Persia
Siam
Tana Tuvu, u will never win but rushing USSR early is fun
Denmark surprisingly good starting army challenging
Portugal big empire fun
Finland
Since this is the first time in ACAI, I would recommend more practical, survivable countries:
Japan is an obvious pick, as it has an extremely powerful initial military, but China is a greatly underrated choice. Having one the best resource production in all countries, it is the single why Japan both in-game and RL would attack it. As one mentioned, allying with Japan would be the primary option, but that is highly unlikely as Japan pretty much needs Chinese resources. So, who to ally with?
Simple: the USSR. As China, a major drawback would be the small initial military for its large size, but with the USSR, largely self-sufficient, as an ally, you won't have to worry as much. You can simply rely on the USSR early on and play the waiting game, not even needing to conquer because of your strong economy and eventually overtaking Japan in terms of military.
Now, if you want to go for a Pan-Asia DOCTRINE country, then I'd suggest Siam. Being bordered by colonial powers, it may seem like a daunting task, but in reality, the militaries there are relatively weaker, meaning it's easier to take land.
Sorry for this extremely short overview, but that's all I have for today.
I once captured Stalingrad with a single light tank as Tannu Tuva. Lost it after a day, but it was fun...GrandEmpire wrote:

This is actually the sole event that I never played before and would like to try.
Of course I never played the 4x and 10x speed events as I value my sleep but that's another thing.
I haven't played doomsday neither as I can't imagine where is the fun in getting nuked by 10 players just because you happen to be the one with the best stats on the map. Well you won't have the best stats after that map that's for sure.
