Refueling on Carriers

Naval bombers are strong. The reason they are not OP is the carriers can be targeted and destroyed, and the naval bombers can't do damage quick enough, so you need to escort the carriers with other navy.

If you gave the naval bombers shorter refuelling times on higher level carriers, they'd be able to quickly destroy enemies that come close with direct attack. This would especially benefit Pan Asian navy (they have stronger naval bombers) and remember Pan Asian is kinda overpowered already.

This already happens when the enemy gets close to your land, which gives naval warfare some stability.

If you just have a little bit more navy than your enemy you won't be able to invade him as when you come close to their coast they gain the shorter refuelling advantage. So you need more superiority to defeat an overseas country.

But on the other side, carrier navy is costly as you need higher levels of carriers to operate enough planes. Also, the shorter refuelling time only benefits direct attack, which is risky as you need to refuel and refuelling planes (they count as light armour convoys) are vulnerable and easy to destroy.

Shortening the refuelling time would make this stronger, I just wouldn't make it as drastic as the land airports (like 15 minute refuelling time on lv5 carriers would be enough, I mean).

So, after all, it sounds like a good idea to me.
