Rocket Tactics??

Hi,

I was wondering, does anyone have any good tactics against players who own a lot of rockets?

Do rockets affect ships? Or can you fire rockets on planes that are on patrol?

For example, if you would have aircraft carriers with bombers on it (that are patrolling), will they be damaged if someone fire's rockets on it?
