To My Fellow Players Of Game #1985644 Titled "A Place At The Table" These are the rules and stuff that you are obligated to follow whilst interacting upon the Map.
Rule #1: Players may not declare war on a Player Controlled Nation without an in-game and in-character reason to do so, this can be described as the following:
1A: Nation Subsequently Invades AI Nations Near your borders. This of course also being reason to condemn a nation as a Warmonger.
1B: Nation sends scouts (probably of the Aerial variety) or spies into your territory without permission which to point out you must at least give perpetrator one warning before officially declaring war, you must also announce that said nation is committing said crime on the articles.
1C: Another nation is a member of an enemy nations coalition or is a public ally (evidence must be provided from posted Articles) of enemy nation and is moving forces near your borders; you gain the right to affirmative action, but must announce so immediately after taking said action.
Note: You must announce you are invading a Player controlled Nation, failure to do so, may warrant being denounced and called a Warmonger, unless the Nation you are invading is already classified as a Warmonger.
Rule #2: Players may invade AI Nations to the fullest extent of they're abilities. However if an AI Nation should be sitting next to an Active Player, then the active player can actively denounce said invading nation. Should a player do so again to yet another nearby AI Nation, then a player may declare the Invader a Warmonger.
Note A: You are not obligated to announce that you are invading an AI Nation. You are not obligated to denounce a Nation for invading an AI Nation, this is an exception made to protect Coalitions as it acts against ones own interests to have an ally declared a Warmonger.
Note B: If an AI Nation has no nearby Player Nations near its borders, then no Player controlled Nation may denounce a nation for invading it, a Player MUST be near an AI Nation to make a declaration denouncing the invader.
Rule #3: Please at least pretend to be the sovereign ruler of a Growing (or Declining) Nation. This is a role playing game room.
Rule #4: Post Articles Regularly, I would prefer you posted daily but you can't make EVERYDAY interesting, and I understand that. At least ONCE a week is all I'm asking.
WARMONGERS AND LIBERATORS
When a Nation declares another player controlled Nation a Warmonger, the Aggressive Nation is not immediately found guilty. Nation whom made the declaration must provide evidence that can be seen within the articles posted and with action that can be seen on the map, and if evidence is substantial then the Aggressive Nation can be denounced and declared a Warmonger. Further the Nation that made the Declaration must garner support from at least two coalition leaders.
The reason for this is simple. A Warmonger is immediately subject to several reprisals for they're actions. Anyone may invade a Warmonger without reprisal, and without fair warning, Coalitions are not obligated to provide a member of they'res any support whatsoever to a Warmonger within they're ranks, if anything supporting a Warmonger can guilt your own nation of supporting the Warmongers actions which could earn the title upon yourself.
Those who invade Warmongers are considered "Liberators" which by extent make a nation the "Good Guys" anyone that Invades a Liberator is considered a "Warmonger", Liberators may only invade Warmongers, if they are found guilty of invading an AI Nation (regardless of whether or not another player borders said Nation) or of committing acts that may attest to War, they lose they're Liberator Status.
