Screenshot Thread -- Greatest Battles/Epic Moments

If one already exists feel free to remove. But, I was searching for "best battles" and couldn't find anything.

It could be cool to have an archive of epic screenshots.

They made one some time ago. it is old though.

I like the idea!

To kick it off I will repost something I did several months ago, so if it looks familiar. . .

I had an opportunity that worked better than I could have imagined.

An enemy had 11 tac bombers patrolling the advance route of their main force. I had some artillery in place to halt the advance, but those tac bombers were going to pose a challenge to advancement of my own until reinforcements arrived in 4 to 5 days. Attrittion had reduced my force to barely enough to defend itself.

Close observation showed that the enemy only had two airbases nearby. I had one solitary antitank off in left field, and managed to force march it through both enemy airbases. I set that one antitank on it's mission deep behind enemy lines, and went to bed assuming that it would meet it's doom before it completed the mission.

In the morning I had this. Clipped their wings and turned them into a convoy.

Here's Tibetan Syria, followed by the reason I owned it in the first place.

Britain was nice enough to let me go through Burma to get out to sea to invade Bulgaria, and France let me have some land that he was going to lose anyways.

I would have gone by land, but Persia wouldn't let me through :(

Also invading Siam in that game too.

Ever given your units names that make perfect sense? (This was me naming a carrier)

So little is known about VorlonFCW, even the system can't track him.

Heh. The Shadow knows . . . .

Daniel Simpson Day, former alias "D-Day" . . . gotcha, "Kosh."

And the "secret moderator lair" is your wife's computer hutch in the basement. When she lets you use it.

Busted.

Pancake is a good name for a carriers, I guess. Flat. On the 'flipside' (pun intended) - reminds me of 'a bellyflop'.

For those of you old enough to remember music/sound reproduction from vinyl devices called "records," "singles" and "albums" -- which actually had a "flipside."

For some reason my sister (who is 10) has a bunch of records and record players. She blasts Guns N Roses so loud it can be heard throughout the house. She also blasts the Hamilton Musical Soundtrack. However, I do have something epic to show you guys, Soon, I will have a stack of 7 Commando units, 4 L1 Mech. Infantry, 1 L2 AA, 3 L3 LT, and 3 L1 TD. This stack should destroy everything (the other units are moving into position)
