How can I get my game off mobile using my laptop or desktop. I can't figure it out and now I can not que anything

You could always throw the laptop away and buy a new one. . . 
If you do as Restrisiko quoted and delete COOKIES and CACHE then there is nothing left to tell the browser to be in mobile mode next time you start.

Easiest way to switch back is open the settings menu ingame in the lower right an click on "switch to desktop" 
No need to clear cache and cookies.
