Soviet Union's research tree
I just realized how bad it's research tree is...level one infantry and light tank,the only that's good is it's air force and jts navy is better than it's infantry

The Soviet Union has just come out of a civil war 10 years ago and was beginning its re-arming. For 1939 it definitely should be stronger but they had to debuff the Soviets and Americans to give the others a chance.
Edit: Maybe Iām a bit wrong. They had also just finished the purges. Maybe a bit stronger but the Soviets are not too underpowered. They can get really strong in a short time.
