Spies (does what time of day you install them matter)

Are my spies just as effective or not depending on how much of they game day they have been deployed? Thank you.

doesnt day change they eather lose or give you a report 50% chance of succses 50 50 manchuco.

No, it doesn't change. It doesn't matter if you deploy them 23 hours before day change or 1 minute.
