Spies in Game

setting aside to gold options at espionage

I want to ask why a non payer player can see my all armies and locations with put some spies to a province , which one is 5000 kilometers far away from my core province

I have 150 maybe 200 provinces and there is no way to block them

enemy player knows your all technology level and unit types
