Hi forum new to game just wondering what stack I should use starting the game any advice or links

Welcome.

There is no universal best strategy. You have to react to your enemies, and be able to counter their reactions to you.

There is a lot of good reading here on the forum. Start with all the pinned posts in the questions and answers section, the community created guides section, and then read everything you can. The more you know the better prepared you will be.

Hey vorlon thanks trying to determine the best way to improve morale playing and my neighbor has all his provinces at 100% mine are not at that not even my starting country
