I dont know why but EVERYONE is gaming up on me for some reason! why is everyone being so mean to me?

You need to share maps with NPC's also declare war before attacking. If you are the most hated NPC's will gang up on you.

I will be supportive of everyone regardless of their flaws.

I think the popularity penalty is the same between surprise attack and declaring war. Check this thread out: Larger Penalty for NOT Declaring and just Invading
