Maybe he wanted to attack with the plane in air but it was out of the attack rsnge so it turned into a convoy

Ah! yeah you can destroy him aeroport by your arti or missile, and when he don't have airoport it turned into a convoy

not building any industry at all

I remember my first war. I had no idea what I was doing. I had to learn through trial and error. I had nobody to help me with the game. I got my butt kicked quick in that war. There is a lot to learn about this game.

There's worse things to do and very few noobs build all industrial complexes (as in the things that increase resource production)

well as i said "at all" i met with that kind of player often.

they bbuild military and until day 3 - 7 not build any industry at all. and they have a lot of hgh level unit which is consume more than they can produce.

and when i asksed them why, they said that they found it on forum saying that need to focus on military.

i mean come on, it is a basic human (game) need, resources. no food you can't eat, not eating get you sick which willreduce hp, dont have enough food that mean can train unit oftenly

at least build level 1 or 2 in core province

High Level units don't drain resources so much as many low level units @samkun

When you're an aggressive player who wants to start taking out neighbors right away (which is a very viable strategy!), the LAST thing you need to do is "waste" resources on industry which will only pay out in the long run.
