Yesterday, I joined a Historic World War map as Sweden. I've never played as Sweden(I've played as British India and Australia before). I realized that as the leader of Sweden, I don't start with much. Oh, and advice would be greatly appreciated. DAY 1: My first order of business was to upgrade my barracks, tank plants, airplane factories, ordinance foundries, industry, and recruiting offices(so basically I upgraded most of my buildings). I also sent 8 or so units over to Estonia. Capturing Estonia would give me a strategic base to stop Soviet naval expansion. Once I captured Tallinn, I built a naval base. I captured the rest of Estonia with minimal losses.

Usually for Sweden I wouldn't do anything for the first few days considering the army size. I would go for Norway first than Finland after a few days of build up. Then sit there and wait for the Soviets to get into a fight or go inactive. Then kill them.
DAY 2/3:
I've just taken all of Finland and preparing for an invasion of Norway. I now have 30+ units. I've built tons of motorized infantry, light tanks, and artillery(transitioning to SP artillery). My problem is that I have a HUGE resource shortage in everything but rares. I've also asked the Soviets to give back Haapsalu on Day 7(to get a land connection to Tallinn), but I think he is going to go inactive. I think Romania is also going to go inactive, they've been at war for days, no change in the frontline.
Sweden has a very fine milatary in the start
DAY 4/5/6:
I've attacked Norway and have already captured Oslo and northern Norway. I also attacked Denmark and have almost taken the entire country. My resource shortage is mostly fixed(mostly by building tons of industry), and as I predicted, the Soviet Union has gone inactive. Germany has also gone inactive. I am gearing up for an invasion of the Soviet Union now. I now have 50+ units.

I'm at 0.8. I butchered my first 20 games as a noobs and went inactive in all of them. That ruined all of my stats. In the past maybe 15 games I've done I have won maybe 9 of them as coalition and 4 as solo. I just wish I could erase my old stats.
