No, you cannot attack your team.
You would not have to, as their VP add up with the rest of the team's. For team matches, it is combined VP to win.

Team games
In a team game, when your teammates go AFK 'O", is there a way to attack them? I have tried and it shows an error. If not that makes the game much longer.
