i suggest to build more Armies from tge ashes of Carthage, then head forward to conquer classical Carthage!!
Use Your Motor infantry! Level them up! Preferably lvl 3, Destroy ALL Britannicae ships, but be aware, there is a vessel called a 'submarine' and it fights from UNDER the water, these can destroy your precious Capital ships. But fear not Roma is well prepared to make high quality 'submarines' build more of them.. enough to drive the britons out of the Mediterranean Sea and preferable at lvl 4 for now

In the manner of the Original Caesar (who is not as grand as I), the legions in Italy shalt advance through Southern Gaul and claim that land for us! Consul Karlius von Krassius shalt command these legions (which are much more powerful than those of the south). May the new fangled "tank" cavalry lead the legions to glory!!!
Interesting history note here:
In Roman culture, dictators were actually considered good while kings were considered bad. This is because in Roman politics the consuls only had dictatorial powers in an emergency and were declared heroes when successful.

Submarines- least ranked and they are so ashamed of themselves that they decided to hide under water.
Marines- they think they are higher ranked and they very well are. They can attack land unlike those 'sub-marines' but they fail spectacularly most of the time.
Space Marines- they are not yet unlocked since they require a thing called a Man Emperor of Mankind.
Either that or the Roman scientists are lazy.
ULTRA MARINES- THE LITERAL BEST MARINES THEY ARE BETTER THAN MARINES AND CAN ACTUALLY DO STUFF AND EVEN UNDER MASSIVE ODDS. WHY ARE THEY NOT RESEARCHEABLE????
