Lots of changes for August. I'm trying the best I can while also keeping up with real life. Best answer is as soon as I can. Edits are almost done then it's proofreading.

hopefully it addresses ROW with AI countries. ROW is a form of NAP and whether player or AI, using row is using the assistance of another country to succeed. we should have to attack head on or thru territories that is controlled by a teammate.

Less than 6.5 hours till the August TTL begins, I hope it is completed prior to the start of the game to reduce confusion and to make the rules clear.

"ChaosWarlord has updated the rulebook for this month, but unfortunately he was called away yesterday and today and has not been able to share it. I expect he will have the opportunity to share the complete revised rulebook within the next 24 hours. After the rulebook is posted you may ask questions here in this conversation regarding them.
