UNPOPULAR OPINION: The more experienced you are, the less useful tactical and attack bombers become

When you learn to play Call of War, air power is often non-existent for a while... until you learn how useful it can be and how fast it can deliver damage. Up and coming players learn to build their strategy around air power because a LOT of their opponents do not properly prepare for air attack, if they prepare at all.

Air power becomes convenient with its speed and dominant with its lack of a counter by most opponents. As a player gains more experience, they notice lot of their successful opponents also rely heavily on air power, and wars are decided by who uses their bombers best.

Once a player has reached this level of experience, I argue that they often have acquired the skills to win ground battles without much, if any, help from bombers. Instead of entering a bomber meat grinder, many of these players choose to focus their air force on air superiority instead of ground support. Interceptors are cheaper than bombers so if a player fights an opponent, whose main strategy revolves around air power, and manages to counter their air force for a lot cheaper, the war becomes a turkey shoot on the ground.

I don't think that's an unpopular opinion. Maybe instead of saying "the more experienced you become" it should say "the better your opponents are", but it's the same idea.

Maybe "used less", but not less useful. The more experienced you are the more useful any unit is, because you know how to use them.

Lucky for me I’m still terrible at the game, so I still get to have fun with planes!

Light tanks and bombers go brrrrrrr
