User Ranks in the Forum

Greetings

Does anyone know what is the rank system for the forum, It seems to be quite diffrent from the call of war home menu with users being given many titles such as major general, cheif warrant officer and more.

Do the ranks really matter and how do you progress onto the next rank in the forum ?
