@K.Rokossovski: The lines of the Hipper-class cruisers are unmistakable (unless, of course, you look too quickly and mistake one of the cruisers for one of their big sister battleships).
Unlike others who commented before me, I could not make out the jack flying from the bow, but the sailors on deck appear to be wearing U.S. Navy duty dungarees and the paint job is not the Kriegsmarine's standard Baltic paint scheme, but appears to be U.S. Navy haze gray. She's also riding rather high in the water, which tells me she has a very light load. All of which lead to only one conclusion.
In Bulgarian service, to be precise. As far as I know all D.520s that were captured (or the production of which was kept going during the occupation of France) were transferred to Bulgaria fairly early on. Well done !

Try this one, should be easy too.
German captured KV-1S(it has a cross on it. Pretty sure that was put onto captured equipment.). No idea what gun it is using, but I'ma guess it is still the original gun put into the KV-1S turret. Not the best historian, obviously.

Nice answer, correct afaik. I think it is the standard gun.
Yeah a Pzkfw III. It's long-barreled though with a large turret, so a pretty late model, maybe late 1941 or 1942? Ausf. at least J, but it's not a popular N.
Since most Pz.III's were obsoleted by the time of the Normandy invasion, and the background seems too temperate for the Med or the steppes, I guess it must be on the Eastern front, and since the weather is good, I'd say it is around Kursk in 1943. Crimea or Voronesh area in 1942 is also possible. And it could also be a trick question, shot on a training ground in Germany)))
