Welcome - let's kick YOUR a... ?

First of all, this is not to "squeak" - that I have started to play a WAR game - BUT it is not motivating or particularly exciting that VERY experienced players participate equally with newcomers.

This is my first Call of War game - and this was supposed to be a good experience - and not a game where experienced players can "gloat" with their skills in, beating other / new players.

Please, let the new players find out how the game works - before the experienced players declare war against them. It's probably meant that new players will hopefully be motivated to continue playing - and it was not all just assume that the experienced players to strengthen their ego confidence in, kicking at some "easy" players.

"I was attacked when I started playing" one will certainly say - but one learns not played to know (functionality) know to be attacked during the first few days. Give us time to get better at playing Call of War - and we will meet YOU (the experienced players) on an equal level ... and then YOU have to wait a bit, to strengthen Your confidence until we new players are ready.

Welcome to CoW, the players have petitioned the devs to allow us to create games with level limits and requirements so new players like you don't have to learn the game by constantly getting your ass kicked. Being that this makes sense they don't listen to us so you will have to find alternate means. I would find a friend or two and see if you can create a private game with them, this way you can learn without dying in day 2.

I would refrain from complaining about it on the forums else wise you will probably paint a target on your back and you situation will become worse. It is a fun game and you will enjoy it more once you get used to it but don't expect any mercy from the typical CoW player.

Well put.

Might I add the recommendation to search for various strategy guides that litter the forum (some recent and/or stickied), as well? Some have to be searched for, and with common sense search words you will find them.

That said, it would be good to have a 'bunny hill' for newcomers (say up to level 10).
