I might be stupid, but can someone tell me why the flame tank came out the day after this post and everyone acted like it was a new idea, or maybe I'm just dumb and it was satire for the new unit which might have already been revealed? New Unit - Flame Tanks!

Great fortune teller, aren't I? Lol.
Well, there was a forum post about the flame tank's soon to be release video from the Bytro YT channel. I had replied to make a thread about it and see reactions before everyone heard of it. So basically, I was trolling.

No, people are resistant to an idea that promotes further monetisation of the game.

I disagree, operations and ads make it easy for people to get premium items without spending a dime. And things like ads help Bytro pay for development of new games and features. Bytro mobile games will always be free, that's what they're built on, and they know very well what people do and don't like.

They're making the game about spamming units out of thin air. Who cares about developing your economy now? Strategy, what is that?
It's all about getting the players used to magical unit spam, so we watch more ads and buy more gold.

Without those funds Bytro would cease to exist, if you don't like it then play Iron Order, S1914, or CoN.

The problem is once new players learn to play the game by waving magic wands, that's all they know. They never figure out how to play in a way that relies in skill and operates on a level playing field.
Want a unit? Spam it. Want better research? Hurry it. Want to move faster? Force March all day, and then heal. Want to beat 10 ships with 2 ships? Heal every 30 minutes, you can't lose.
I'm not saying people who do this are evil or that games should not be monetized. I get it. Some gold use is unavoidable. But it would be nice if the game did not promote more magic wand waving by more people more often. There's a limit to how much more of this the game can take before it breaks and we have to abandon it.

It'd be a pity if Call of War became overmonetised and pointless, because there's nothing quite like it. Fortunately the quantities of free premium currencies and rewards do not exist to ally heavy booster pack abuse, especially in World at War.
It's possible to dominate a single game with earned gold, but it's difficult to accumulate enough to do so with boosters since they can only be obtained daily, unless they integrate them into parachute drops or something. And if it is done, they are wasted and cannot be used on the next game. Fundamentally, is it no different from gold?
Of course this doesn't include those prepared to spend money on premium stuff. But they've always existed. Off-topic, I just noticed what the sasquatch/gorilla on your PFP is carrying; a taco.
