Don’t be dismissive of low rank players and don’t be intimidated by high rank either. Rank is just an indicator of experience, not necessarily a measure of what the player has learned during that experience.

What is with low rank players
A few days ago I joined a HWW as Germany and the player who got UK announced to the world that he had another account which was a lvl 220, which when I looked it up didn’t exist. He then tried to go to war with me by moving a stack of cruisers into a horde of ships. These players turn out to be trash and must be dealt with.

It's like saying people who walk into the post office screaming obscenities need to be addressed. There's nothing you can do. Just wait for them to get tired and go away
