You have a lot of food in stock, I suggest you spam some infantry and other infantry type units while you also should build up your oil production..! (infrastructure and ICs on oil resource provinces)

I can't really see what units you have now, but if I were you I'd stick with planes (interceptor and tacticals) and light tanks!

This combinded with Infantry assault on France in the mountain region and tanks in the Northern region I think would work and planes to assist in destroying enemy units.

Only thing I would add is just because someone is a higher level doesn't necessarily mean they are good. All it really means is that they have been playing for a while :)

Yum, yum, yum. I love it when my opponents park their tanks and armored cars in urban areas, and their hit points are reduced by 50%. That's what we call tactical bomber bait.

Indeed. And I see a lot of highly ranked players who seem to (a) have a lot of military stats points because they play a lot of games, but their head-to-head casualty rates aren't very good, and (b) build a lot of buildings and play in a lot of games. I'm much more impressed when I see a kill-to-loss ratio of better than 3:1 or 4:1 against human players, and something like 10:1 against AI computer players. If you only have a kill-to-loss ratio of 3:1 against AI countries, you need to revisit your battle tactics. If you're more or less breaking even against AI countries, you're doing something wrong.

Yea, you can interpret stats in many different ways but for me personally I wouldn't judge the strength of a player unless I actually played with\against them. Stats alone do not tell the whole story nor are they a display of one's playing ability. I can think of many times where I sacrificed units to weaken a position even though I knew they would all be slaughtered. This isn't good for my 'stats' but the tactic was sound. Now you aren't going to know that from looking at my stats but I don't make battlefield decisions based on how it will effect my stats, only on how it will improve my position on the map. I've been playing more Elite AI games because the AI doesn't go inactive on your after you have invested days and weeks into a game. Matter of fact it's good to let the Elite AI build up first. They are still not as difficult as human players agreed but they are ALWAYS there to respond to whatever you do.

Defense strats:

-Identify a good choke point on your border. These points are easier to defend-they allow you to concentrate your defenses, and they will be more likely to survive an attack.

-Once you get the choke point, build fortifications. Additionally, you could rush in a small barracks there and produce militia. It's unlikely they'll be ready soon enough to defend, but if your enemy stalls invading for long enough, an extra militia to defend can't hurt.

-Use terrain. I almost never construct a defensive line along plains (invading tanks are too strong), the exception being very good choke points. Urban areas are decent, but fighting in cities can slow down industry, which is also super important. Hills and forests are very good, as they let your militia units (emergency defense) operate at a +75% boost and provide no benefits to invading tanks. Don't underestimate militia in a hilly province with fortifications! Finally, mountains are golden: tanks are very weak here, increasing your survive ability against tanks (the main invasion weapon of choice). Additionally, enemies will move quite slowly, so if you plant arty well, they can hurt the enemy a bit before they attack your fort. Extra points if you brought along your commandos.

-Spam militia. They can bring you desperate time so you can get the AA and AT into the fort.

-Spam AA and AT once your militia are ready. Most players invade using bombers followed by tanks. Use the AA to ensure that at least some of your AT survive, then use the AT to beat up those tanks! Extra points if you bring along interceptors, arty, tank destroyers or mechanized AA-they are useful in both defense and offense.

-Make sure your industry and research are up to date. I've won a few fights because I had the ability to rush units at lightning pace, and I had them at levels high enough to take on a superior force.

-MAKE A BACKUP PLAN. Sometimes for some freak reason your enemy will rocket, nuclear bomb, or even possible nuclear rocket your defensive line to oblivion. Make sure you have a small reserve to fall back on, and push them up when your main defensive line gets nuked.

Hopefully these strats help-I've used them before to win fights where my enemy had a 3:1 advantage on me.

If he has loads of tanks, make loads of anti-tank, Anti-tank technology requires no oil, just don't use sp anti-tank.

If he has no boats, you could bring stuff up to the UK and flank mainland Spain.

It looks as though he will attack you soon though and lots of his troops must be around Turkey. He looks to be at war there.

You need to forget about past wars, and focus on one target, Spain. you can't fight four wars at once with such few troops.

To me, just looking at how few troops you have right now, I highly doubt you will win. It would require extreme stupidity on his part, but I doubt he has that...
