Which rewards would our Generals like? VOTE NOW!!!
•
Hey guys,
It is again time for some feedback from our generals. Everyone likes rewards, but we want to know, which rewards our community would like the most. So please choose between the following:
Gold
Blueprints
Skins for Units
Badges/Medals
Power Items (Ingame Booster, for example boosting unit strength, movement etc.)
Website Overlay (customize your profile, the website etc.)
Exclusive Units (only achievable through the reward)
Feel also free to post why you choose a certain answer! We are looking forward to the result.

I can already imagine that Heavy tank/transport aircraft combo
King, what mass-produced transport aircraft of WWII was capable of carrying a Pershing, Cromwell or Tiger tank? The Germans experimented with some monster transports, but abandoned the efforts as impractical and too expensive. Tanks were generally transported by rail or ship.
Producing such an aircraft during the 1940s would have been a technological challenge, and as far as I know, in the year 2016, only the Americans, Russians and the Europeans (Airbus) are able to produce a transport aircraft capable of carrying a main battle tank.
Any such aircraft would be entirely inappropriate for a WWII-based strategy game, and we already have several borderline fantasy units such as nuclear aircraft carriers, and ballistic missiles capable of accurate tactical use. Adding more such anachronisms will not make the game better.

I am not the one who came up with that idea
And I honestly don't want to see that "aircraft" in the game...

@King Draza Mihajlovic There seems to be a misconception, among some commenters (not you), that a separate transport aircraft is necessary to support the addition of an airborne (paratroop) unit to the game. IMHO, it is no more necessary to add a transport aircraft for that purpose than it is to add separate transport ships for the ocean transit of ground units and aircraft. Sometimes simpler is better, and we don't need to provide any more excuses for not adding a paratroop unit available in limited numbers.

I like the idea of skins, so long as it isn't over the top. I don't wanna see the 13'th Clown Infantry Regiment, or the 5'th Lowrider Armored Car Brigade.

I would like to see exclusive units, as I believe a larger variety of units would enhance game dynamics.

A variety of units would, but they should not just be for certain people.. That just ruins the game soo much,

By "skins," do you mean proper battle dress for the British, Commonwealth and other Empire armies? If so, it's long overdue.
I know it may be difficult for some of our friends in Hamburg to understand, but the 14 million British, Australian, Canadian, Indian and New Zealand troops who served in WW2 did not wear U.S. Army uniforms. And displaying Filipino and New Zealand troops in German uniforms, as is currently done, is just plain wrong.

I think you should get 1 infantry and no more, no less, for when you take half of a country (playable ones not AI) - then another one if you take the full country.
This will help you if someone tries to attack you in the back and I think it would change some of the strategies of war when hitting someone who is already 3/4 or fully taking a country.
I know it's nothing new into the game but I just wanted to throw it out there

I wanted exclusive units, which in the case would come with more advantages (strength, strategy) that would consequently bring me more gold
