Either the game has not updated automatically, which happens often and already for months - then just reload the map and perhaps also delete the browser cache.
Or the enemy is situated in a fortification with level 3.5 or higher, because then you can identify your opponents in there only with patrolling airplanes, even if your own ground units fight there in close combat.
.. if it's nothing of that, click on the map in the lower right the cogwheel-button and then the bug-button and report the error directly to the support.
