Will the "Rush for Russia" map ever come back?

I remember reading about a map called Rush for Russia that focused on the soviet union, kind of like america homefront but with russia instead. It had been removed after the Ukraine SMO, which started almost 2 years ago. Will it ever be brought back? I only started playing in fall of 2022 so I didn't get to play it.
