Can you no longer pick your nation in the world map?? And if so, why is it coming up as random for me

You can no longer choose a nation in the world map. It is now random selection. End of.

Is there any poll about changing this? If not, it should be created.
It is way more fun to play nation(s) you wanted to play than random as it is now, especially that you can't customize your flag and leader.
