Worst Playable Country HWW

There was a thread about the best country in HWW. This made me think about the worst country. In my opinion, Venezuela is the worst. You have a pitiful starting army and economy. You’re in a bad position. Brazil can easily take you. What do you think the worst country is?

On European Maps like Clah of Nations and Blitzkreg, they always get taken out by Germany, Italy. UK or Spain. I never see them do well.
