Worst positioned cities?
This is an oddly specific question, but I noticed this today. While playing Alberta, Saskatchewan sent a troop through Yukon into my city of Fort McMurray without declaring war on Yukon. Saskatchewan can just do that, and this made me mad since I thought Fort McMurray was a safe city from them, and I usually don't even have troops there at the start. This combined with Grande Prairie having a road directly into British Columbia, makes Alberta have possibly some of the worst positioned cities in the game. Do you guys know any other examples?

Gydnia in 1939 historical is also weird as poland can't access it without going through East Prussia or The city of Danzig.
