Attention, General!
Your feedback has been received loud and clear! We are rolling out balance changes to one of the most notorious units in Call of War: the Railroad Gun. With its combination of firepower, mobility and early availability it has become a jack of all trades that makes building other units inefficient.
To curb the Railroad Gun’s early game power we have split it into two levels. Level 1 is a weaker version of the current unit at slightly reduced build costs. Level 2 will become available much later in the game, has greatly increased build costs and requires a Level 5 Secret Lab.
With these changes we are aiming to create some space for alternative build paths, while preserving the unit’s unique character as the wide reaching, heavy hitting king of the artillery.
You can check out the newly rebalanced Railroad Gun by starting a new map right now. Already existing game rounds are not affected by the changes.
We also fixed a bug that gave Pan-Asian planes an unfair advantage in air-to-air combat. Pan-Asian planes would not take defensive damage if their patrol radius only overlapped slightly with hostile planes. Now they will take the correct amount of damage, regardless of how close or far their opponent is.
And finally, we also improved the visual design of the particle effects system. Bombs and artillery shells will now cover a wider area with multiple small explosions, leading to a more natural looking visual effect.

Yes slightly better stats but more expensive, longer build time, and unlocked much later.Carking the 6th wrote:

So it’s a nerf early game and buff late game
I wonder if they can fix the strategic bomber airplane as well then ( stealth issue, or just bad glitching in and out of existance before it reaches it goal )
This doesn't outline the research times. What are they? Sorry, that would be helpful.
I like this new balance, not necessarily a buff or nerf, but it makes the unit properly applicable for early game and late game. I remember it taking almost a week to get a single rrg until I finally dumped my economy into maxing out secret labs. From what I have seen, early game rrg's are too expensive and late game players just spam them into oblivion.

PA patrol bug fixed 
Idea: With the new unit bombardment animations being tiny explosions, wouldn't it be nice to have the big one visible for Atomic units? (Atomic Bombers and Rockets)
