Generals,
The decicive moment has come! The enemy has finally revealed his plans. It is an upcoming major offensive in the heart of Europe. The peace efforts were in vain, we have to accept the reality: The war is coming! Here are the operation details:
Operation Blitzkrieg 1939
A historical scenario in 1939, shortly before the outbreak of the war. Similar to the scenario in the Mediterranean all countries start with existing armies, research and province upgrades. This map is not fairly balanced, instead it depicts the situation before the war. Some countries have an advantage, some urgently need certain resources, some have a powerful army or advanced research. You have account for the strengths and weaknesses in your strategy to survive the upcoming Blitz.
Furthermore, the HQ reports the following fixes and improvements:
Your Call of War Team

Nop, you're not the only one. I think Butter is mean because of the fact he was wrong on another topic
What do you mean.
Just trying to make a joke about the discussion on Siege/Blockades

Look at it like this, the CV is probably a complex problem, to take your mind of it for a while they offer you other updates. The longer the CV is under scrutiny the more they will try to appease you with other updates.
*looks over there* Hey look they are jingling their keys! lets go look in bewilderment ! :3
Am I the only one who thinks this new map should have teams?
Nope.Pablo22510 wrote:

Maybe must have team for kind of coherence and equality ?
Teams for it to be historically accurate. If it's a historical map, Italy shouldn't be allowed to attack Germany!
I am disappointed they didn't team nations up, i'm also disappointed they didn't release CVs. I guess the longer the dev them the better they get.
Remember this map was just released, they aren't done with it yet. They will probably have to fix various bugs and if you start a forum post of the idea to have it require historical alliances they might just do it while they are working on the final touches to the map.
I agree.
Has anybody tested out all the 10 nations yet? Why is there never a list of best to worst? I would guess that Germany would be the best nation. Not sure, which would be the worst.
I'm playing as Germany, as you can imagine it is the most advanced but has -59 oil production.
Everyone would rush the good nations then and not play the other ones.BigPoppaRand wrote:

Awesome improvements! Great job develops!
What's the fun in that? I'd prefer to try a more challenging nation and have a close loss rather than play as a nation that can easily steamroll everyone without much effort, at least in a normal game with the relative lack of skill in the average player-base. If gold rewards were ridiculously high, then maybe this might happen, but I think variety in the balancing of the nations can bring this game great good.Butter Ball Bill wrote:

The balance is key in mastering the art of CoW.salbalkus wrote:
