Bytro, I appreciate the effort. But please, make these units researchable and permanent instead.
Talvisota of the Abrahamic Caliphate

Emerging from the waves comes a revolution to combat in Call of War. Today we are proud to unveil the Amphibious Valentine DD Tank!
Attention, General!
Built to support daring raids on your enemies coastlines, the Amphibious tank has greatly reduced embark and disembark timers. That means you can get in, wreak havoc and escape to the safety of the sea before your opponent ever knew what hit them.

Strong against unarmored opponents, the Valentine DD Tank is the perfect tool to disrupt your opponent in blindspots and to prepare larger landing operations. All three levels of the tank will be deployable on Day 2. So carefully observe your opponent - Amphibious tanks of level 2 and level 3 are tough opponents that will put up a stiff fight. Higher levels of the card also become stronger against lightly armored opponents, opening up new deployment possibilities.

Ready to bolster your forces with this game-changing unit? Take part in the upcoming Operations to claim your own Unit Cards! The Amphibious Tank will be available in Operations starting Dec.19th until Operation “Leviathan” finishes on January 15th at 10am UTC. Here is the complete list of Operations that let you claim Amphibious Tanks:
So break out the maps, start strategizing and get ready to harness a force that redefines versatility and strength on the battlefield!
Best of luck General!

NOOOO!!! You can’t just randomly introduce a new unit like this!

Regarding questions like "will those temporary unit cards ever make a return again in later operations?" or "will there be ways to unlock them permanently as producable as well?" I think the team might have planned some things. So I would say let's patiently wait for those answers in future news
Either way, my head cannon will always be that these amphibious tanks are only a small part of a force that is almost entirely marine infantry. Not tanks. I will use this to cope until I die…
Agreed. Please, Bytro, can we just have major units like Marines instead of all this niche, dare I say experimental units?Carking the 6th wrote:

I agree. And please announce any upcoming units beforehand!
I'm tempted to quit my hiatus for the new unit (just for collector's sake; I prolly wudn't even use the new unit because of its rareness)...but I'll have to resist the temptation. Still waiting for the mutant camels and paper airplanes tho
Soon…
Paper Airplanes!_Pyth0n_ wrote:

Deals 0.01 damage to infantry, 0.005 to armor, 0.02 to planes, 0.01 to ships, and 0.0000001 to buildings!
Cost: 1 Money! (because you can fold the money to make them)

At least paper aeroplanes were mass produced!Komrade Khrushchev wrote:

I get that it's a joke, but thats very cost effective lol. 100 money for 1 damage.
very bad against armor though
5,000 money for 1 damage
Only 200 for 1 damage to armornoblebright wrote:

Oh yes, sorry.Komrade Khrushchev wrote:

Still pretty good… his long does it take to build?
Could've just made marines, but I still see this as a W for amphibious units. My "dream" finally came true. But it makes me sad to see CoW and S1914 become cash grabs for Bytro. IO1919 is likely next to implement these bad features like cards, operations, and limited time units.
