A lot are also Nigerian and Pakistani. Nigerian price! They often work with people in the developed countries they Rob from to help scam more effectively as well, so it’s worse than you think! Most Indians hate them but the police are too corrupt to incarcerate or crack down on them most of the time. At least that’s what I know.
