I keep getting some kind of error message, I have never seen that before. I'm kinda new so I don't know if this is something that sopposed to happen regularly?

New maximum storage capacity for War Bonds, fix of the embarkment/disembarkment bug and more!
We’re introducing a new maximum storage capacity for War Bonds! We have heard your feedback about strategies that involve stockpiling War Bonds, so we are shaking things up to keep the action flowing. With this change, players who log in daily and spend their War Bonds smartly will have an edge, rewarding active participation on the map. And it also makes gameplay more predictable - no more late game surprises about how many War Bonds your opponent might be sitting on!
Please note that this change also makes an already existing storage cap on Manpower visible. This cap was already in place before today’s update, and as such won’t impact gameplay.
Further we have fixed a critical bug surrounding embarkment and disembarkment of units. The bug allowed crafty Generals to skip the intended timer for the action. Now everything works as intended, making naval landing forces as vulnerable as they should be during the critical phases of an invasion.

Rushing research or buildings means that you must have the resources to do that. And if the market is stupidly overpriced and you don't have the cash, you must use gold! 100K would have been a logical and reasonable limit/cap.
This change also makes sabotaging buildings almost obsolete (can only do it once with the cap amount). Sabotaging is hardly ever a good use of warbonds but still!
Bytro over-corrected and re-broke the game, par for the course!

So, i'm just wondering where we are at with the whole war bonds limit fiasco? I've seen a few responses that the limit will be raised but no actual discussion from administration as to why they are limiting the bonds, what they hope to accomplish by doing it, or anyone asking what the community thinks about it. Seems like the overwhelming majority thinks it's a bad move but here we still are.
And since i'm asking, why can't Bytro do anything about the multi accounting. It's never ending and when it is reported they do seem to find and close accounts. So, why does this crap even have to be reported. Why doesn't Bytro just police their own community? Reporting it is simply a waste of time because the response time does nothing for the players reporting it. I mean at least when we were able to save our bonds we had some chance of responding to multi accounting. Now the only option we have is to hold our hands on our as..s and pray.
I mean seriously, the whole restriction on war bonds is laughable. If you're going to have the bonds we as players should be able to use them at our discretion. And having a limit on them basically negates their entire purpose. Seems like just another typical day in COW! 1 step forward and 2 steps back. We reward and do nothing about the cheaters and hamstring the legit players so they are no longer viable in the game.
Anyone with half a brain in their head can see that 98% of your community is totally against the war bond restriction. But yet here we are. And again, I ask, why did you even introduce war bonds if all you were going to do is then take them away? And if you now don't want us to have the bonds, why don't you just get rid of them. It's like you don't want to admit you never should have introduced then in the 1st place. Even though i think most players thought the bonds were the best thing you have done to improve the game.
So, please tell all of us, who exactly persuaded you to limit the war bonds? And where can we send them a new supply of diapers? Because they obviously need them and I'm sure most COW players would be happy to contribute to their ongoing resupply.
This is like the biggest JOKE in the gaming industry. Bytro limits the bonds and when asked about the limit on day 1 of them being limited, the response you give is.... the limit is going to be raised. LOL. So, you're telling us that before you even limited them, you're planning to raise the limit. Bahahahaha! You can't even make this BS up! What are you guys smoking and where can I get some?
The sad reality is, I'll probably get a response to my question about the smoke but nothing else in here will be addressed. Well do yourselves and your community a huge favor. If you're not going to respond in depth to the serious matters being discussed here, please don't waste anyone's time, mine or yours, responding to the joking aspects. It's just going to make you look like bigger fools and no one will appreciate it.
Again, I'm going to bring up speed rounds or lack thereof. What do we have to do, to get more speed rounds. Just another topic Bytro seems to have no interest in addressing. You guys are really very disappointing with your responses. You always seem to focus on petty little insignificant parts of discussions while avoiding any real issues. Maybe I shouldn't complain because I remember the days when we couldn't even get a response. But if you're not going to respond with an in depth reply that addresses the real issues being discussed then why even bother responding. I mean if all you are trying to do is avoid the issues and appease us just enough to shut us up, why not have a moderator do it for you. Isn't that their whole purpose anyway?
So, back to my question. Why can't we get more speed rounds? You have a whole following of players that only play speed rounds, and our only options are the WAW map or the 2 event rounds that come around once every other month. COMPLETE JOKE! We want speed rounds all day every day! We've been asking for days, months, and years, and we get NADA! ZIP! ZILCH!
I mean for me as a player, if all I get is normal speed rounds to play, I will stop playing this game and never look back. Ya, know, we want a WAW map that runs at 10x speed or faster. And when I say speed rounds, I'm talking like 6x or faster. 4x is almost doable but just doesn't cut the mustard. We want speed rounds, and we want them for every map! We want to be able to run our monthly rounds we get for the premium account, but we want them to be speed rounds.
I mean, are we just simply asking for too much from you guys here? Are you just not capable of doing it? It seems like it should be as simple as flipping a switch because you already have speed rounds and run them when it suits you. But I can ask you day in and day out for more speed rounds and no response is ever even given. And if you guys just can't handle it for some reason, just say so and I'll accept it and stop asking about. But I get nothing from you so, I keep asking.
i agree that people that useing 500 to 1000 to win game is unfair, there should be some kind off set to them cant afoud, say if i take the captal i take all troops all supplys,
amout one spends in gold is directly related to how much they able to win in short some one spends 1000 on game there no way possable one can win agest such a person and we met two of them in last battle 150 ships all rank as high u get them , now how do u over come this it is failing in game to alow money to say who wins, maybe game should consider haveing money only games, mix games where one cant take rez and arms insteed fight all them once u take more 70% u should get what left,
two upgrade in subs and aircraft to be able shoot icmb missles , eather from plane or sub wich be hole ne wclass of subs,
and aircraft , also aircraft carrers lets look at how they use today with lasrers so on wich meens plans has be advance enouf to get throw,
also how about space wepons, also for them who just started a coaltion why not send out email to rank define people new alliance open up,
all these things would help us and game as well
