Polishing for event maps and a crucial set of bug fixes for planes and patrol mechanics

Today's update brings improvements to several maps, correcting errors and adding features that have been missing so far. Chief among these is the addition of rivers to the 4x speed “World at War” map. Further on the “Dawn of the Patriot” event map, we’ve adjusted some of the existing Rivers and polished roads between provinces to enhance gameplay.

Additionally, we've addressed several important bug fixes related to air combat mechanics. Patrol damage will now correctly affect province morale when the patrol circle covers the province center, even if it's outside direct attack range. We've also fixed an issue where patrolling planes would incorrectly deal defensive damage twice when an attacking plane targeted ground units within splash damage range. This has been adjusted so that defensive damage is only applied once per attack.

Lastly, a visual issue with Anti-Air units has been corrected to properly reflect that they must move into melee range to attack ground targets.

I don't see any mention of the stealth nerf to hourly war bond production.

Premium went from 6000 to 4000 on the 4x map.

It's not a nerf. All players produce two-thirds the normal WB values in World at War. Bytro fixed an error that caused HC users to get more WB than they should have on the 4x version. Now all players get the correct amount.

Sorry but If it was a true fix as you claim, why wasn't it listed in the release notes??

Unfortunately, folks without HC are ALSO earning LESS WB per hour on the 4x map. I'm playing with a friend now and he is making less WB per hour...he does not have HC. Another unannounced nerf by Bytro.

America Homefront Map.

Since when have the Great Lakes been landlocked ie with no access to the sea via the St Lawrence? Time for a fix Bytro doh! Obviously the upgrade checking wasn't that good.

Great to see ongoing improvements to both the event maps and core mechanics! The addition of rivers to the World at War map and the polish on the Dawn of the Patriot roads are definitely welcome for both realism and strategy. Also appreciate the bug fixes for air combat—especially the patrol damage and defensive damage issues. These changes should make plane interactions more intuitive and fair. Thanks for continuing to refine the experience! Looking forward to testing it all in-game.
