2017 Rallying thread (WRC, World RX, ERC, etc)
Unsurprisingly, nobody has started a Rallying thread as yet - so I've decided to.
Let's see if it can garner more interest than the last few years, but I'm not holding my breath.
Whether we needed these new cars is debatable, but they may bring a spark of life back to the WRC, providing the coverage by RedBull improves drastically.

Ogier moving to M-Sport is genuinely exciting - if they can build a half decent car, then he has the speed, guile and all round talent to make it win. Citroen know how to win, and freed from the shackles of the WTCC, can throw everything at it - with a car seemingly built around Kris Meeke, can he find more consistency to mount a Title challenge?
Hyundai have decent drivers; Neuville seemed to regain his mojo in the latter half of 2016, so needs to hit the ground running; Paddon needs to be quick everywhere, not just were he has an advantageous running order position; Sordo will be as he usually is.
As for Toyota Team Finland, well, wish them luck - I don't expect miracles.
Sadly, as yet, no WRCar seat for Mikkelsen.
