lol Sandevot, I don't use int. I find them useless. Besides, this was a first strike, he had no idea it was coming. Also, you can't combine int and a-bombers, I have tried.

Banking and climbing to "loft" an atomic bomb was a way to avoid the bomber being caught by the explosion. Check wiki under "toss bombing".

BBB you know that one fighter is able to destroy the nuclear bomber in just one shot? I once watched it - and I cried in horror.

Yup. I only use A-bombers for fleets and first strikes.

The final numbers. In my view, this was well worth it. I should've called the thread 'Atomic Big Week'(just changed it).

I have started using A-Bombs a lot but mostly the rockets, with some planes. I have destroyed large piles of advancing tanks in 2 clicks of the mouse. The cost of producing them, if used right, is so worth it. Nuclear rocket costs 1000 Iron 10000 rare materials and 30,000 cash. Late in game this is nothing to spend, in comparison 1 army group I destroyed had 26 units mostly medium tanks and heavies. Depending on the makeup of the army your looking at 20000-30000 in goods, 15K-20K manpower, 70K-80K Iron, 30k-40K Oil, 70K-100K in cash lost in 7 minutes, not to mention the countless time spent building this arsenal.

Thanks for showing the bomber pics! I nuked a stack of about 15-20 units once. Needless to say, it was amazing.

Were those lvl 3 bombers btw?
