Attacking in a different direction

Never say retreat...but troops should be allowed to make a fighting retreat...they can be chased down ofcourse however, they should have the option. Just my opinion...becuase sometimes a delaying action or fighting withdrawl can make the difference in a battle. If reinforcements are enroute, troops can perform a fighting withdrawl towards reinforcements allowing them to be joined sooner. If they are persued well then, that's war!
