Best Prime Minister of the UK?

Who do you think is the best PM ever of the UK? I'd say Churchill. I'll add PMs to the poll as people say them.

Btw, Ellio. I see that you voted for Thatcher. How can you both like the person that set up the NHS and the person who privatised it?

The NHS is good, just not very good when ran by the government. Lets be honest the government is bad at running things.

Last I heard the British armed forces were meant to be pretty good.

Yup. Private works more efficiently than public.

Only 3 things the government does best at running

Armed Forces, Law Enforcement and the Justice and Court system, everything else is best left to the private sector

Yeah, and the last two it doesn't even do well. It's still the best 'cos no one else does it, but Justice and Law Enforcement, except when it involves fining people and getting extra money for the goverment, is pretty inefficient too.

@the public enemy I'll make a nice flower thread :D

We talk about politics because it seems it's the only topic that everyone knows about. But you're right, political discussions lead to arguing 99% of the time.

Pretty poor actually, alot of pot-holes even in the A-roads around me. Hardly any funding for road repair, minor roads are falling apart. Then there's the traffic

Lol, Spain has the highest road per km squared or something like that in the world. Basically, proportionally we got more roads than anyone else. And they're awesome! I can't help but pity you.

Well the Motorways and the roads around London and other major citys are well maintained. But the rest is trash honestly
